institutions and trainers, who are part of the project, have a profound
and long-term experience in arranging intercultural seminars,
international exchanges and/or interreligious dialogue. Some of them
can refer to several projects supported by the Euro-Med program, which
provides an excellent basis and background for contributing to this
project. At the same time it is very important to get new partners
involved and share the experiences.

Lamrecht is an institution of intercultural exchange, political
education, vocational training and developing personal skills. In the
international field it works with cooperation partners in the U.S.,
Western and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, the Mediterranean countries
and is expanding to other fields. Target groups are multipliers, youth

The Council of
Christians and Jews (CCJ) brings together the Christian and Jewish
communities in Britain in a common effort to fight the evils of
prejudice, intolerance and discrimination between people of different
religions, races and colors. There are also good contacts and common

The Student
Representation of Vilnius University (VUSA) has a wide sprectrum of
activities including international exchange programs with EU member
states, intercultural programs with Baltic States, Scandinavia and
Western Europe. The impact of different religions on political issues
is dealt with in projects referring to Jewish history and tradition in

Conference Centre (BRCC), Beni Suef, is an institution of religious and
spiritual education of the Coptic Church, at the same time supporting
social projects and developmental work. It is situated in the Nile

The Allon Institute
of Values Education, Kfar Saba, Israel, is engaged in seminars for
educators and teachers about issues of value education. It stresses
topics such as dialogue and co-existence between the various ethnic,
national, cultural and religious groups in Israel. It trains teachers

Arab Educational Institute (AEI) - Open Windows, Bethlehem, works with
local youth groups of Christian and Moslem origin. It sensitizes local
Palestinian partners for exchanges with European institutions in the
